The PPCFC Academy squad of 18 players and 5 authorities are
withdrawing for Kashima in Japan this evening, in front of Wednesday's opening
amusement in the Asia Champions Trophy against Kashima Antlers. The match will
be held at the club's 40,000 stadium and will commence at 1pm Cambodia-time
(3pm Japan time). The squad accumulated at RSN Stadium for a press photograph
call at lunchtime today before leaving for the air terminal. The 18-player
squad is: Keo Soksela (GK), Svang Samnang (GK), Choun Chanchav, Orn Chanpolin,
Pov Ponvuthy, Ouk Sovann, Sraing Titchhy, In Sodavid (skipper), Vat Samnang,
Men Piphop, Seut Baraing, Chhuot Senteang, Suon Noeut, Sath Rozak, Yeu Muslim,
Suleiman Samura, Umaru Samura, Jason Thomas. Head mentor Bouy Dary and
commander In Sodavid confronted the media. Dary remarked: "Through our
involvement in the ACT in the course of recent years we comprehend what's in
store. Our planning has been great, specialized, strategic and physical and
with everybody cooperating, we trust we can get a decent result in Japan."
Matchday 1 installations for the Asia Champions Trophy U18
2015. ACT2015 window ornament raiser will be commencing in the 2002 World Cup
Stadium in Kashima, Japan. The Kashima Soccer Stadium will have the opener
between JYouth Cup 2014 Champions Kashima Antlers and Phnom Penh Crown Academy
in Group B. Frenz United B will start their ACT2015 battle with the match
against a year ago's runner up PVF FA of Vietnam. The match will be played at
the Hang Tuah Stadium in Melaka.
Take after PPCFC in Asia! The PPCFC Academy will play in
Japan tomorrow (Wed 5 August) against Kashima Antlers, the best club in Japan,
in the Asia Champions Trophy U-18 2015 rival. Watch and listen to our YouTube
sneak peak of the match with 3 of our Academy players, In Sodavid, Ouk Sovann
and Orn Chanpolin, and in addition head mentor Bouy Dary. The group have
touched base in Japan and the amusement will commence at 3pm (1pm
Cambodian-time).
