Boeung, Western and Crown got 3 points

Boeung Ket Angkor got 3 points at weekend by 3-2 victor on Cambodian Tiger at Old Stadium in Metfone Cambodian League. Man of the match for Boeung Ket was Yemi Joseph. Despite scoring a goal less than Chan Vathanaka, but Yemi's performance was active for the whole game. Mr. Prak Sovannara, Boeung Ket's coach said "Yemi is heart of team. He connected from the attack to the defense and from defense to attack. He was key player today and he plays very good with Chan Vathanaka.”.  

Meanwhile, Western Phnom Penh made a winning start to their MCL campaign 6-4 over Kirivong Sok Sen Chey at their Home ground. Hero of the day is Tijani Mohammed. He scored 4 goals inspired the Western to the deserved victory. Kirivong has a goal lead home team first 7 minutes after a defensive error gifted the visitors and before the home team could recover, Kirivong doubled the lead. Half time was ended with 4 goals already; the fans who came to witness the game didn't expect what came up in the second half as they got 6 more goals to cheer. 2 minutes into the Second half, Kirivong got their own punishment and Goalkeeper Peng Bunchay was well beaten as the guests restored their lead. Western kept on pushing on and restricted the physically depleted Kirivong side. Kirivong appeared as though they would get a leveler to take the disadvantage to Takeo yet Right on the 90th moment, Western made it safe with a header from Ageless Noun Sinoun that found the Kirivong Goalkeeper napping.

The tournament between the Crown and Naga is a huge tournament​for 2nd week. Two goals from George 

Bisan and Shane Booysen made Phnom Penh Crown victory over Nagaworld at RSN stadium. Both are powerful as well, so they will attack for next game, against Cambodian Tiger on Thursday 9 July 6:00 PM at RSN stadium.  Phnom Penh Crown head coach, Sam Schweingruber said "It was good to see us trying to do what we wanted to do and to go 3-0 up as a result. They didn't even have a chance until then. But maybe we were a bit over confident and we make a few mistakes. Until that point we would played as we wanted and we should score more. So I was quite happy with a lot of things, but very unhappy conceding two goals and giving Naga a chance to get into the game."
